• Have trouble hearing phone calls or alerts 
• Use hearing aids and need added phone support 
• Have vision changes that make communication harder 
• Have mobility limitations that affect phone use 
• Need support with speech, memory, or daily communication 

California Connect serves veterans by providing them with communications equipment that suits their individual communications needs. We also provide a dual-party relay system called California Relay Service and supply assistance for speech generating devices.
